This sushi tei outlet located in, what I guess I would call the "middle" of the LG passage connecting megamall and the gardens, great location, easy-to-find and as expected, it is always packed.
I have to admit I enjoy eating here and do so everytime I get a chance. Sure it's cramped, your table space is quite small and you'll end up having to reach over other patrons to get to the sushi belt but I love their menu and service ain't too shabby (though there is always room for improvement).
For me, the sushi is actually quite good, though others have said it average so I guess one of these days, I would just have to buck up and go and eat in Japan to really know for sure.
Anyways the soft shell crab is quite tasty as was most of the dishes I sniped off the conveyor belt. The eggymushi was crazy salty though - what's up with that?
Value-wise, it's not too bad. A meal for 2 was around the RM60 mark.
If you haven't been to Sushi tei at the gardens then I assume you are a foreigner (because everyone I know has! ..but why so little reviews?) and definitely recommend you stop by for a meal.
