Purple Cane Tea Restaurant first opened its doors to public in 1997. The tagline, ‘Spicing up with Tea’ is based on the concept of infusing tea with food. This has resulted in a unique array of flavourful and healthy dishes that are low-fat, low-salt, and low-seasoning. In fact, the whole menu consists of refreshingly delicious and palatably light dishes, with the aim of promoting health awareness through tea-infused cuisines.
Each outlet is decorated differently to provide an unforgettable experience every time. There is also a large selection of tea to be purchased and enjoyed at home, if you prefer.
Highly recommended dishes include: Homemade Braised Beancurd in Tea Sauce, Aromatic Crispy Duck, Stir Fried Abalone Mushroom with Dry Chilli and Tea, and Sauteed Macadamia with Celery and Oolong Tea.
