Nam Heong has diligently served their signature Hainanese Chicken Rice in Klang Valley since the 1930’s. Like most traditional Chinese chicken rice, you can order either steamed chicken or roasted chicken to accompany your rice. The chicken is served atop a bed of sliced cucumbers and garnished with coriander and julienned spring onion leaves. Add a dash of their classic ginger sauce or chilli sauce for that little extra “zing” with your chicken rice meal!
They also have other Chinese a la carte dishes for patrons who want to add additional flavours to their chicken rice. Examples of their food are Roast Pork, BBQ Pork, Assam Fish, Kau Yoke (layered pork meat), Bean Sprouts and a variety of vegetable stir fry dishes.
