Mbuji Café is named after the Mbuji Rock that resembles a hill and is worshipped by villagers living in a remote district called Mbinga in southern Tanzania where they source all the coffee beans from – a mix of African and South American beans. For those who appreciate coffee, Mbuji’s coffee is exceptionally smooth and has lower caffeine content. Besides coffees, knowing that in Malaysia you can never have too much food, Mbuji has introduced various home cooked dishes and bakery items into their menu - like their mouth-watering Nasi Lemak Special and healthy Red Velvet and Cranberry cupcakes. As a give back to the community, for every cup of coffee ordered, part of the money goes to the Tanzanian coffee growers for their medical and education support.
Mbuji café in Carrefour Wangsa Maju is a mall kiosk concept that allows people to take away beverages and also desserts that are available on the menu. Drop by Mbuji Café today, and take pride in doing your part while enjoying a cuppa coffee!
