Lorong Seratus Tahun (LST) was started in Penang in 1960 by Moey Saik Kooi, the late father of the founders, as a hawker stall selling curry mee in Lorong Seratus Tahun, Penang. Nowadays LST prides itself in constantly improving its recipes to serve authentic Penang hawker food to hungry KL-ites. The most famous of its dishes is curry mee, based on the original recipe, followed by char kway teow and chee cheong fun.
The original outlet of LST can be found in PJ SS2, and is a charming kopitiam style outlet with old-fashioned wooden tables and posters of nostalgic Penang. It is a favourite for breakfast on weekdays and a popular lunch venue for families on weekends.
