Little Taiwan was established in 2000, with the aim of bringing tasty Taiwanese cuisine to Malaysia. Their menu is stocked with staple Taiwanese dishes, many of which are now favourites around the world. Some of their most popular dishes include: deep fried golden mushroom, beef noodles, claypot lou shu fun, and Taiwanese sausage. In addition, Little Taiwan also serves a variety of teas that are very popular with customers. These teas are unique in that they are made with quality ingredients coupled with precise measurements of the correct temperature, timing, and handling of the tea, so they are brewed to become a flavourful and aromatic tea. What makes Little Taiwan unique is the fact that their dishes are 100% halal (certified by Jakim), so all recipes use chicken, beef and fish; suitable for people from all walks of life!
All the Little Taiwan outlets have a minimalistic, bright and upbeat ambience, their signature lime green colour painted on the walls. The UOA @ Bangsar outlet is very popular amongst the working crowd, especially during lunch. The restaurant itself is very big and spacious, with plenty of seats inside as well as out.
