Their set lunch for RM15 is really a great deal. Since the salad, soup and fruits are free flow, you can eat until you're fell if you're not satisfied with the mains~ :) The set lunch is from 12-3pm! So don't miss it~ (menu change every week in rotation)

Porky Goodness!

Attended an Oktoberfest Party recently at the Jaya One outlet and got to sample some porky dishes. I've ordered Braised Pork Cheek which came with mash potatoes and asparagus. The Pork Cheek must have been braised for a long time to achieve that melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. The Gravy did need a bit more flavour as it was a little bland. I love the crispy fresh asparagus which cut through the richness of the whole dish. The mash was ok though I've had better. Slightly underseasoned. This...

This dish also took a very long time to come, due to apparent miscommuncation between the staff and kitchen. But they were exceptionally busy that night, and I was busy drinking my beer anyway. Not a huge problem. The Pork Knuckles were ordered to share. It looked magnificent with all that crackling. Needless to say, I attacked the cracking straight away. Perfect crunch. The meat was pretty flavourful and juicy too. This is one of the better pork knuckles I've tried. Would I come back again? Probably, to sample some of the other dishes. But probably not too soon.

Roasted Pork Is The Best

This is the first time I visit Brussels Beer Cafe. It is a very good place to have a meal and beer. Brussels Beer Cafe offers not only scrumptious Belgium dishes but also has a wide variety of imported and draft beers...Stella Artois, the Belgian premium lager beer; Hoegaarden, the most popular Belgian white beer; Leffe Blonde or Brune, a unique traditional dark abbey beer; and more. We ordered Brussels Chicken & Stoemp, Brussles Foot Long Sausage Hotdog, Brussels Style Pork Knuckle, Aussie...

We ordered Brussels Chicken & Stoemp, Brussles Foot Long Sausage Hotdog, Brussels Style Pork Knuckle, Aussie Beef Ribeye Steak, Roast Pork Aglio-Olio & Grilled Pork Chop. After a long long waiting, our food finally reach. Portion was quite small and pricy, basically we felt nothing in stomach after finishing the whole plate. However the taste is good enough, especially Brussels Style Pork Knuckle, it was chewy and rubbery. It is the best drink beer with it..:))

One of my favourite set lunches

I love the set lunch too - RM15 for salad bar, soup, main course and drink. The choice for the main courses are all so delicious, portion might be too small for big eaters but it's just right for me!

Great for Happy Hour.

Brussels Beer Cafe at Jaya One is great for your happy hour relaxation time. Whether it's grabbing a drink after work or just enjoying an early drink on your day off, this place has a decent variety of draught and bottle beers. The happy hour rates are fairly "happy". The food is, well, what you would expect from a place like this -- basically western, lots of carbs in the form of potatoes, meaty, and not quite enough for hungry patrons looking for a full dinner, yet a bit too much to...

The food is, well, what you would expect from a place like this -- basically western, lots of carbs in the form of potatoes, meaty, and not quite enough for hungry patrons looking for a full dinner, yet a bit too much to treat as snacks. Overall pricing is fair. The location is not bad, although it's in an area full of similar type establishments, so it doesn't exactly stand out. For those who have been to Jaya One, you know what I'm talking about. It does have both inside and outside seats, and the service is average...for Malaysia.

Dunk on the potato skin

Good place to chill around Jaya One if you're in the mood for Belgian beer... provided they have any left. Last night was the first time I've seen a Brussels run out of half their beers, which was a disappointment. Anyway they have beers like Hoegaarden and Leffe Blonde/Brown on tap for 30 bux for 500 ml, and you can save a couple bux during happy hour. I usually get the fries and potato skin for munchies here. As far as price goes, this place is quite reasonable for stuff on tap.

The food never disappoints

I used to drop by occasionally for lunch here (has since changed working locations). I LOVE the lunch sets! I heard they're no longer RM15 (main course + free flow salad bar and soup + drink), but I haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure. Nontheless I sometimes visit Brussels for dinner occasionally as well and the food has always been delicious. My favourite is Brussels' Chicken ans Stoemp. The beer is also great, I love the Hoegaarden Rosee. The staff have always been friendly...

I hope you guys maintain what you're doing and never drop in quality.
